You obtain an international certification in Facilitation and Design in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method provided by thee Master Trainers, founded by Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen, creators of the methodology. The training will allow you to design and carry out workshops to solve organizational, team, and individual challenges. You will be able to focus on strategy, innovation, team development, etc. Wherever you see needs to solve complex challenges, and want to hear all the voices in the room because you believe the answers are anchored there, LSP will help you. 

To be present the 4 full days. Your physical and mental presence is required to obtain Certification. Apart from that, there are no requirements; if you think that the tool will add value to your current work, or that it can give you new perspectives, it might be suitable for you. Our filter is price and duration; we understand that, if someone is willing to invest in this Certification both money and time, it is because they see the value of using LSP to grow their business.

The material is NOT included in the price. Obviously, you will have the bricks to work in training, but then, you will have to buy LEGO bricks to carry out your workshop. We do not recommend anyone to buy the official kits before getting certified since we teach everything about the kits, their uses, prices, and alternatives with traditional bricks. The material is purchased via the LEGO website, or you can import it with specialized importers.

This Certification is for facilitators, which means that you can use it to solve specific problems of your clients or team. In case you want to be a trainer for the Association, there is a path that takes no less than 4-5 years, whose first step is to have facilitating workshops.
